Carol Anne Gayle

Carol Anne Gayle is one of the areas most accomplished actors, directors, educators, and advocates for the arts and filmmaking in the area. A Cape Cod native, she comes from a lineage that includes poets, actors, dancers, and artists.

Gayle is a graduate of The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre; Ms. Gayle has performed and directed in regional theatres from coast to coast. Her credits extend into the world of filmmaking including associate producing, art direction, makeup, casting, and costuming.

As an educator, she has provided workshops, residencies, lectures and performances for the Calcasieu Parish School system and McNeese, and has toured the state with a one-woman show.

Currently she is the Exhibit & Program Specialist at Historic City Hall Arts & Cultural Center.
