ACTA  AWARDS

ACTA AWARDS... The local Tony awards at the theatre where ACTS honors the many people whose talents have made the theatre season a success.  The theatre recognizes the best of the best in several categories: Best Actor in a Leading Role, Best Actress in a Leading Role, Best Actor in a Supporting Role, Best Actress in a Supporting Role, and the Best Technical Achievement of the Year.  It is a fun evening for the theatre family. Anyone with a membership is welcome as well as cast and crew from the last season.  Refreshments are served, and highlights of the year's shows are recreated!


2006-2007   ACTA WINNERS
Best Actress:  Sarah Parks Plauche as Marie in SOUND OF MUSIC
Best Actor:      Matt Tonkovich as Frank in WEEKEND COMEDY;
Best Supporting Actress:  Barbara Milford as Bloody Mary in SOUTH PACIFIC
Best Supporting Actor:  Matt Tonkovich as Luther Billis in SOUTH PACIFIC 
Outstanding Technical Achievement:  Jay Morris for Lighting Design for SOUTH PACIFIC
